MAIN ACTIVITIES AND MISSIONS Carrefour Réunion is recruiting a Management Controller (M/F) on a work-study contract for its Carrefour franchise supermarkets on the island of Réunion. Reporting to the Management Controller and the functional responsibility of the Branch Manager, your main missions will be: * Participate in the preparation of annual and monthly budgets and ensure compliance with budgetary procedures, * Ensure and optimize the production, consistency and reporting of the various operating accounts, * Guarantee the implementation of dashboards, Analyze any discrepancies and assist operational staff in improving the performance of the subsidiary, * Development and supervision of general and monthly inventory operations: application of internal procedures, analysis of discrepancies, monitoring of corrective measures * Monitoring and analysis of markdown indicators (loss of goods) and measurement of corrective action plans * Produce a financial analysis to support management by piloting, analyzing and reporting key indicators monthly, * Identify financial risks and opportunities and challenge key contacts, * Identify good practices and procedures, and ensure their compliance, * Show initiative by identifying and resolving problems around cost control, margins, and provisions, * Contribute to the development of a management culture within organizations, * Carry out specific studies at the request of your Management. You are looking for a work-study program in the field of management control and you are preparing a minimum Bac + 3 diploma. Your rigor, your analytical skills, your interpersonal skills, your sense of organization and service, your operational efficiency, your ability to interact and exchange with the various stakeholders in the company, as well as your team spirit will be essential qualities to succeed in the missions that we will entrust to you.
